I'm awful at makeup, absolutely no clue how to do it so have this weird role play of me putting some of my crusty out of date make up onto your face, don't worry you're in safe hands :) I hope this is a fun little relaxing video for you, a little it of mix of personal attention role play and trying to make relaxing noises. What is ASMR?
Wikipedia explains "Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR)" to be a "tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." It can often be triggered by certain sounds such as tapping or whispering and can be very relaxing and helpful for falling asleep. If ASMR is something you've never heard of before I'd recommend searching it on YouTube as there are 100's of videos for every type of ASMR trigger that you can explore!
