'India's constitution can be amended, not changed', says fmr Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan

In an interview with The Print, former Lok Sabha speaker, Sumitra Mahajan says, doors for bigger opportunities have been opened for Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and while Akshay Bam should have contested as a candidate from Congress party, she emphasised that it is the responsibility of the party organisation to take the party to all in the society. She attacked the Congress party on its concept of welfare distribution pointing out that it stems from communist ideology. She also says that minority population today is in crores and that they cannot truly be considered minority anymore.
