Cut box tail joints into multiple boards for bee hive box

Описание к видео Cut box tail joints into multiple boards for bee hive box

First in a series of videos that document the cuts needed for Langstroth bee hive supers. This one shows an improvised sled that lets me cut box tail (finger) joints into multiple boards at once, using a dado blade on a table saw. I have to make 12 boxes with 4 boards per box, 2 sides per board and 4 grooves per side. That's almost 400 grooves, and with this sled, I cut 10 boards at one time and save 90% of the cutting time.
