First clean the bittergourd with water then cut them in to two pieces and boil it for 5 minutes in salt water.

Preparation Of Stuffing
Take a pan add half table spoon of cumin seeds, one finely chopped onion and three green chillies and stirr it well.Add two boiled potatoes to it and smash it well.Then add 1/2 spoon of salt ,1/4 spoon of turmeric powder,1/2 spoon of red chilly powder,1/2 spoon of cumin and coriander powder then mix it well.Then cook it till stuffing is ready.
Preparation of batter
Take half cup of besan and add salt,tumeric and chilly powder as per taste.Then stirr it well and make sure no lumps are formed.

Then pour the stuffing inside the boiled bittergourd and dip it in the batter and fry it in oil.Fry it till it becomes golden brown then take it out from oil and serve it on a plate.
