Comparative Law Series is a collaboration between Indiana University Maurer School of Law's Graduate Colloquium and Law as Science.

In the first lecture of the comparative law series on February 18, 2021, we hosted Prof. John Reitz from Iowa College of Law.

Prof. Reitz talks about comparative law as a method for legal studies. The lecture introduces a general method for the comparative study of law and illustrates it using the comparison of juries in the United States and lay judges in civil law and especially in China.
