Danny Koo: A Story of NEC Scholarship

Each year thousands of young musicians apply for admission to NEC from all over the world. Nine out of ten need significant financial help. For many, the scholarship and loan package is a crucial factor in their decision to attend NEC. In this video we meet violinist Danny Koo '14 B.M., '16 M.M., '17 G.D., and hear his story about how NEC scholarship support made it possible for him to study with his "Yoda and Obi-Wan-Kenobi."

ABOUT NEW ENGLAND CONSERVATORY
A cultural icon that will mark its 150th anniversary in 2017, New England Conservatory (NEC) is recognized worldwide as a leader among music schools.
