Based on the fact that the video shows a chicane-less Mulsanne straight, I believe this is an on board video of the 767 or 767B (predecessor to the 787B) in 1988 or 1989. If anyone can confirm the year/car, please feel free to comment.

From our viewers - It's either the 202 or 203 767B (201 didn't have the Charge livery) from 1989.
