We launched our special lot of Rwanda Dry-Process Kibirizi last week, and wanted to provide more background information, since I happened to be at Kibirizi just a couple weeks ago! This site is in Nyamagabe area, which is unique for us since much of our coffee comes from the regions along Lake Kiva. But Nyamagabe has great altitude, and more importantly some dryer and hotter temperatures for creating clean-tasting dry-process / natural coffee. We have sourced Naturals (and Honey lots) from Kibirizi for a few years ... so here's a short narrated slide show detailing some aspects of this coffee processing station - Thompson
