Cheese Corn Balls or Corn Cheese Balls is a very popular starter. Melting cheese from center and crisp outer layer
makes it everyone's favorite. There are many ways you can make Corn Cheese Balls but I always make it this way as I think its turn out the best with this recipe.

Ingredients: (Makes 15 Cheese Corn Balls)
1 Cup Crushed Sweetcorn
2 tbsp Sweetcorn
1 Boiled and Grated Potato
1 Green Chilly
4 Cheese Slices
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilly Flakes
Salt to Taste
Cornflour Slurry (1 tbsp Corn Flour + 1 tsp Maida + 1/4 Cup Water)
Fresh Breadcrumbs

For Chilly Mayo Dip:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Red Chilly Sauce
1/8 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
