Kaiba has released Duel Links worldwide and sent invitations to many different Duelists. However, Joey seems to have been excluded despite his placings in both Duelist Kingdom and Battle City! Wanting to duel in this new world, Joey goes to challenge Kaiba to a duel to be let in. He runs into Mokuba, however, who decides to accept Joey's challenge in his brother's place.
