Buy Dried mushrooms, You'll thank you! Seriously! Fresh mushrooms have their place for sure, but overall dried are better, imo. Dried mushrooms have so many advantages over fresh that it feels like a no brainer.

What do you think? Are you going to be switching from mostly fresh mushrooms to dried?
Dried mushrooms need to be soaked before cooking, and you can eat them plain once rehydrated and cooked... but I like to add a bit of salt but really thats all thats needed because they are too good!
I use a bunch of dried mushrooms but let me show you which ones are the best!
