The older I get, the more I feel it's necessary to change our way of thinking as men in order to live our best lives and succeed, and in order to do that, we need to embrace suffering. Today, I share my thoughts on why we need to suffer and why it's good to experience suffering as men. Our culture and society have conditioned our minds to ignore or flat out avoid suffering and struggle. The Lord says to count our sufferings as good in so that they change us for the better.
