For the sandwich:

2 tbsp butter (softened)
2-3 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, or a mix)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
Optional Add-ons:
2 slices tomato (for freshness)
1 tbsp mayonnaise (for a crispy crust)
1 tsp mustard sauce (for tanginess)
1 tbsp caramelized onions (for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Bread
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
If using, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the other side (this makes it extra crispy when grilled).
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a plate.
