5. Public petition PE1395: The Committee will consider the following petition—

PE1395 by Jan Culik, on targeted funding for lesser taught languages and cultures at universities.

6. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2014-15: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2014-15.

7. Inquiry into decision making on whether to take children into care: The Committee will consider a revised draft report.
