5 NEW Homemade Summer Breakfast Freezer Meals!
Today we're showing y'all five new breakfast freezer meals to have ready for busy, or not busy, summer mornings! 😎

Peanut Butter Smoothie Packs:
Fill up a quart sized freezer bag with fruit of your choice, spinach, and 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter. Squeeze out the air and seal closed. Freeze until ready to use. When ready to prepare just dump the contents of the smoothie packet into a blender with 1 cup of milk and blend! You can add ice if you want it to be thicker, but it will be pretty thick since the fruit is froze. 😁👍

Freezer Oatmeal Cups:
Prepare Oatmeal:
Creamy Brown Sugar Oatmeal recipe:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a pot and cook over medium heat until it begins to bubble, turn to low, cover and continue cooking for 15 more minutes.

Allow oatmeal to cool completely and then pour into silicone muffin cups. Top with fruit and freeze. When frozen remove them from the cups and place in freezer bags.
When ready to eat you can remove from freezer the night before and let thaw in refrigerator. Just place in a microwave safe bowl and heat until warm, about 1-2 minutes. Add a little more milk or cream if it's a little dry.
Or you can heat straight from the freezer. Cook on the defrost setting for 1 minute, stir, and then continue for another minute or until heated through.

Bagel Breakfast Pizzas:
Add scrambled eggs, crumbled cooked bacon, and cheese to bagel slices. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and then wrap in plastic wrap and place is a freezer bag. When ready to eat cook on the defrost setting in microwave for 45 seconds, flip and cook an additional minute on regular power.

Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Pockets:
Add scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese to one half of two crescent rolls. Fold over and pinch closed.
Bake at 375° for 13-14 minutes, until crescent rolls are cooked through and browning.
Let cool and then wrap in plastic wrap and place is a freezer bag. When ready to eat cook on the defrost setting in microwave for 45 seconds, flip and cook an additional 30 seconds on regular power.

Bacon Pancakes:
Prepare pancake mix. When you pour them in the pan sprinkle cooked bacon pieces on them and then flip to finish cooking the other side.
Allow them to cool completely before freezing.
