Pros:
-the throttle is much more forgiving than other sport bikes
-the bike is lighter than most other bikes
-the bike is lower to the ground than other sport bikes
-the seating position is relaxed
-the bike comes with a center stand
-the fuel economy is better than most other bikes

Cons:
-the bike is slower than most other sport bikes
-the helmet lock is in a bad location
-the stock turn signals tend to crack the upper fairing during a fall
-the stock tires aren't great for all weather riding
