Have you ever felt like you left a piece of yourself behind, in grief, loss, pain or fear? Have you ever felt like you lost a piece of yourself because of a trauma or difficulty? 🍃

I’ve gotten lost so many times and had my heart broken so many times. It feels like I leave a piece of my heart behind or with the person who broke my heart. There is one thing and one thing only that can and does, without fail, help me collect up all the pieces of me that were lost or heal the parts that feel broken. Remembering. 📿

What does it mean to remember? It means, returning to the One—returning to the time before time and re-membering. Going back ✨inwardly✨ into the universe within and bringing back all the lost members of my consciousness. 🫂

We were commanded to remember. But how can you remember something you never knew? You can’t. So you must already know who you are and why you are here. Each time I forget- I can go back, remember and become whole again— collecting all the parts of myself that got lost along the way. I always come back to myself better than I was before and this is Mercy from the Most Merciful. 💗

🫀Now, I feel grateful for those times that I get lost or when my heart breaks. Because I know, if I simply remember, my heart will be even better than it was before, now bigger, containing a greater capacity for love, a greater amount of light. Each time I break, I can remember, return and renew.

I pray it is a means of helping us all become better remember-ers. There is no limit on remembering. Remember Him a lot ♾️. It is our only path to infinity and eternity in Divine Presence. May we be from those who gaze upon His Face 🤲🏼✨
