➡️Ingredient and method
Caster sugar 1/2 cup.
Oil or melted unsalted butter 1/2 cup.
Whisk well.
Egg medium size 3 at room temperature.
Vanilla essence 1 Tsp.
Mix well for 7 minutes.
Baking powder 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
All purpose flour sifted 1 cup.
add slowly while mixing.
Mould size 8" by 8".
grease mould with oil or butter.
Then place butter papper or dust with flour.
Pour cake batter.
Tap tap for 3 to 4 minutes to remove air bubbles.
Preheat Shan Gas Tandoor for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame covered.
Then add cake mould on grill given with Shan gas tandoor.
After preheating add grill in Tandoor carefully.
Cover and cook for 30 to 35 minutes on very low flame.
Check with skewer stick or knife should be dry when cake is ready.
Remove grill ,wait till cake is at room temperature.
then remould.
Cut with knife in 2 equal 1/2. then cut in cake rusk size.
Arrange in baking tray .no need for preheat this time.just place grill in Shan gas tandoor with very low flame . Cook for 20 to 25minutes on very low flame then change sides again cook for 20 to 25minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
