Comment Faire le Bon Kondre Bamiléké/Le meilleur Kondré (Recette de grand-mère) KONDRÉ DE CHÈVRE

Описание к видео Comment Faire le Bon Kondre Bamiléké/Le meilleur Kondré (Recette de grand-mère) KONDRÉ DE CHÈVRE

This video is about How to make the Best Kondre Bamiléké. This West Cameroonian dish is well known for its strong Goat flavor mixed with traditional spices. The fusion of these ingredients along with goat meat creates a beautiful flavorous plantain dish. Nigerians cal this Ukang Ukom or Ubobok Ukom. It is interesting how Nigerians and Cameroonians share more than 60% of their dishes but under different names.
