Macros chicken parm: 387 Calories, 18C, 8F, 61P
Ingredients:
200g chicken breast
10g panko
5g flour
30g egg whites
50g tomato sauce
50g low-fat mozzarella
salt, pepper, onion, garlic

Baking at 200°C(400°F) for 12-15 min or longer if you dry brine the chicken.
