Thaw frozen bacon slightly so it's easier to slice. Add the bacon bits in a small pot before turning the heat on. Set on medium heat and mix the bacon every 2 minutes so they don't stick together. Cook until all the fats are crispy. Put the bacon bits on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
