There are two types of fear, the fear that preserves the body, and the fear that preserves the separate self.

One is a legitimate mechanism that doesn't itself bring suffering, the latter is one that is innate with suffering.

Fear is the intelligence of our mind when it is in the incorrect point of view.

It is the experience of non-existence. Fear can not exist in the non-dual perspective.

The separate self can not exist in the now.

The more we die into the now, the more we find that we are unbounded, innocent, and free.
