as always, i was very frustrated making most of the songs and especially dissatisfied with my lyrics and vocal melodies, so i had to recollect myself and study those aspects i sucked at and also reflect on my own thoughts towards music making as a whole.

it's really hard to separate myself from the art i make (i.e. i think this song i made sucks, therefore i suck etc etc) and not be deconstructively critical towards it, but i'll keep on trying! i'll probably end up quitting if i don't anyway. and even though i thought i'd hate whatever the final result turned out to be, after listening back to it in full, surprise surprise, it's not the worst thing in world! it's far from the best, but it's still a bit fun and at times kinda pretty. cool cool
