Our Story:
Tripoli Charity House TCH is a charitable initiative, founded in 2019, in Tripoli, the Capital of North Lebanon.
How and why?
We started our own initiative, just a little after the passing away of the founder’s mother, came at a time when a grave economic crisis occurred in the poorest city located by the Mediterranean coast Tripoli, with a mission to help thousands and millions of people in Tripoli.
A few months passed, the passion to spend time with her mother, the passion of the founder is turned to charity and selfless service. The first charitable activities came to be the light of the city, by launching Ramadan Charity kitchen for families of Tripoli and medicines and health supplies initiatives; in addition to school supplies distribution to those most in need in Tripoli, Akkar & North Lebanon. Besides, a winter program has been launched in cooperation with “DAFA AL MADINAH” campaign aiming to provide winter clothes, covers, and blankets to help make the cold winter hopefully more bearable.
TCH programs have been successfully enhanced throughout the period by several donations in kind, that have been provided for families most in need, orphans, people with special needs, all in Tripoli & Akkar, besides families affected by the devastating explosion at Beirut’s port on 4 August 2020.

Meta is bringing back its annual hashtag Month of Good campaign for this year’s Ramadan. The initiative includes new experiences and features across its different platforms celebrating the spirit of the holy month.
The initiative invites content creators from around the world to raise awareness and funds to distribute more than 1 billion meals throughout 50 countries. Meta is also bringing back “Ramadan Talks,” featuring top global creators in a series of discussions held on Facebook and Instagram.
One of the tenets of Ramadan is charity and Meta will work with creators and public figures to support three non-profits in Lebanon, Egypt, and Morocco.
It has also partnered with food and travel blog NoGarlicNoOnions, as well as several Lebanese communities to host a cooking activity in every major city in Lebanon, preparing famous dishes such as rice and meat that can feed up to 4,000 families. These communities include SAIDA, Tripoli Charity House, Safe Side, and Teta w Jeddo.
