Very Weird GLITCH...(VW Atlas STALLS? P060C...)

This 2018 VW Atlas V6 looks like NEW at 125k miles.

However, the owner doesn't trust it...the big VW has stalled out a few times in a parking lot, and recently had a MAJOR GLITCH where it lost power and the dash lit up like a CHRISTMAS TREE!

After a key cycle, it started and ran like nothing happened.

She brought the VW to PHAD after taking it to another shop where they cleared all the codes, and could NOT reproduce the customer complaint.
The other shop did include a printout of all the codes, so let's see if there is anything interesting.

I have a feeling that pinpointing the extremely intermittent issue will be an uphill battle, but let's take a crack at it anyways :)
