A great exercise to improve your scapular mobility and rotator cuff stabilization. All that's needed is a lightweight band and a wall. During this exercise, make sure that the middle fingers stay parallel to each other and perpendicular to the floor. The key is make sure that the shoulder blades are moving back together as opposed to making this an arm exercise.
