Mango Kheer, a delightful Indian dessert:### Ingredients:- 1 liter full-fat milk- 1/2 cup rice (preferably basmati)- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)- 1 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder- A few saffron strands (optional)- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (like almonds and pistachios)- 2 tablespoons raisins (optional)### Instructions:1. **Rinse and soak the rice**: Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear. Soak it in water for about 30 minutes. After soaking, drain the water.2. **Boil the milk**: In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the soaked and drained rice.3. **Cook the rice**: Let the rice cook in the milk on low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan. This should take about 25-30 minutes. The rice should be soft and the milk should reduce and thicken.4. **Add sugar and cardamom**: Once the rice is cooked and the milk has thickened, add the sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.5. **Prepare the mango pulp**: If using fresh mangoes, peel and blend the mangoes into a smooth pulp. If using canned mango pulp, measure out 1 cup.6. **Mix in the mango pulp**: Allow the kheer to cool slightly before adding the mango pulp to prevent curdling. Once slightly cooled, mix in the mango pulp until well combined.7. **Add nuts and saffron**: If using saffron, soak the strands in a tablespoon of warm milk and add it to the kheer. Garnish with chopped nuts and raisins.8. **Chill and serve**: Let the kheer cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for a few hours before serving. Mango kheer
