Harlequin Ichthyosis | Harper Ly Foy

Harper Ly Foy, now 5, was diagnosed with Harlequin Ichthyosis hours after her birth. The rare disorder covers her in thick skin that restricts breathing and blood flow, so Harper’s parents Angie and Kevin spend four hours a day bathing her and lathering her in soothing balm to make her comfortable. With Harper now signed to a modeling agency, her parents hope that her social media presence will raise awareness of the condition.
