This tutorial is a (mostly) unabridged step-by-step tutorial on how to add a vehicle to an empty modification in Emergency 4.

In this first part, we will add a vehicle into an EMPTY modification. We will create a New Modification in the editor then proceed to add the vehicle and attach doors and tires. This tutorial is a bit long, but show the entire process with minimal cuts so as to give you an idea of how time consuming even something as simple as adding a vehicle can be.
