"Shadow Avatar" is an event released in 7.6 "Fading Dreams, Dimming Shadows", the fourth patch of Part 2. The event is not collected in the classic "limited time events" but was released in combination with Chapter 3EX "Bitterness for a Sleepwalker" and collected together with the permanent events of Part 2 (but I don't know if it is actually permanent or not).
This event is canon to the main story and likely takes place during the first part of Chapter 3EX (before THAT scene).

IMPORTANT!!! (spoiler for Chapter 3 - "A Crime Foretold")
While the event is canon, it presents a narrative inconsistency. Senadina claims to have never entered Thelema's Masquerade Corridor, and this is confirmed by Entropy who says she only explored it during her "premonitory dream" in Act 1, Chapter 3 "A Crime Foretold", but not in real life. This is incorrect because the "premonitory dream" is made AFTER the cast's battle against Lantern within the Masquerade Corridor itself.

Thelema, still affected by the effects of the shadows, receives unexpected guests. Lantern is there for some work while Senadina and Entropy just wanted to take a tour of the famous Masquerade Corridor of the great Thelema of Pleasure. With a complex excuse they manage to unite the two things and the tour turns out to be more particular than expected: a series of mechanisms representing a "lie detector" of Thelema asks them ambiguous questions... until something goes wrong... and the culprit finally makes its appearance...

Notes:
Yeah... I would say that it is understood that the female protagonist is canon...
All the parts with the mechanisms are cut, since they have no lore or relevance
