After seeing potential secondary coach Ed Donatell leave for another suitor just as he was about to come aboard, the Seahawks and Coach Carroll reeled in the very much in demand, Sean Desai. Along with moving on from offensive line coach Mike Solari, there is a subtle shift towards a younger staff with new ideas. Desai did a phenomenal job for the Bears last year considering the state of the organization, the bad offense, and his defense missing key members. He is a star on the rise in the coaching ranks, and his addition is highly welcome. He also supposedly negotiated for autonomy in game planning and having a say on prospects. We'll discuss his hiring, Solari's firing, while we watch the Super Bowl and pray the Rams don't raise the Lombardi.
