'Replace Manipur CM N Biren Singh to restore peace in Manipur': MP Alfred Arthur

Alfred Kanngam S Arthur, MP from Outer Manipur while delivering his speech in Lok Sabha session Tuesday talks about the need to replace Chief Minister of Manipur. He attacked the Central government over the 'increasingly disturbed' situation in Manipur, and their way of handling it. He also asked 'why the PM and Amit Shah had not found time to visit the violence-hit Manipur yet. Is Manipur a part of India?' He even urged the central govt to replace Manipur CM N Biren Singh to restore peace in the state.
