Doubt Regarding Upgrade Option in MCC Counseling - Part 2

There are many questions related to upgrade option in MCC Counseling. I have already did a video on this earlier. This is Part 2 of the doubts regarding upgrade option in MCC Counseling.

I have answered the following questions in this video:
1. If I didn't get desired college in round 2, can I hold the round 1 seat and continue study from round 1 college?
2. If I do not get my first-choice college, but got a lower choice college, should I vacate my first-round college seat & forced to join newly allocated seat Or can I still hold first round college and decline second round allocated third choice seat?
