NSPC is the most premiere campus journalism competition in the Philippines initiated by the Department of Education.

This event occurred a week before the Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine. All COVID-19 protocols were strictly observed during the stay in Tuguegarao. All members followed the 14-day mandatory home isolation upon returning home.
