I Broke Another Balatro Mod...

Hey folks! In today’s video we’re back with more modded Balatro. Here, we’re trying out the Cryptid mod created by members of the Balatro Discord. Cryptid is an intentionally unbalanced mod that adds a bunch of new Jokers, enhancements, decks, challenges, and even stakes to Balatro so there’s plenty to explore. For this run, I tried the Deck of Equilibrium which gives all cards the same chance of appearing in shops, making it so, among other things, higher rarity Jokers appear more often and vouchers can show up at any point instead of once per round. Balatro is a poker roguelike deck building game centered around creating powerful synergies and winning with big hands. In it, you can combine valid poker hands with unique Jokers in order to create varied synergies and builds. Earn enough chips to beat blinds, including challenging boss blinds, to make it to the next ante and progress your run!
