I filmed this over a 2+ month period, a lot of things didn't make the cut in the video, I ended up with several hours of footage and most of these clips are only a few seconds of each process that would take hours to actually set up and do on the mill

I do not use a CNC as you can see, I am manually making this on a standard manual milling machine (which means I am moving everything you see with my two hands, not a computer), I also processed all the wood myself, I only purchased raw wood and then did all the processes, again this took days to just get the wood ready for the mill.

This is a dual 18650 battery type mod in a series configuration so its 150W+ using a yihi sx350j-v2 chip ... 22mm spring loaded 510 capable of up to a 25mm atty without hanging over these are 1.00" thick and about 2.50 wide with a bottom hinge style door, the latch is spring loaded, I don't show the spring in video but its inside the latching system so the latch snaps back when its closed.
