Since my last video about "sleeve" antenna, I found that by adding one more element, it make excellent antenna - if straight dipole, then it send/receive from any direction (omnidirectional), but if bottom dipole element is bent at 120 degrees, maximum receiving/transmitting is in the direction of V shaped element.
Althoug on RG316 is "usable frequencies up to 3000 MHz (3 GHz)", so short cable (few cm) is not such a problem:
