I am doing well. Apologies for my silence and disappearance. I really had a lot going on emotionally. My cup was so low. I have missed you Family so much.

So grateful I had this time away. I had an amazing break away. It’s so lovely to be away, take some time out and just rest. Your feelings are valid. I am firm believer of taking some time out, pause everything and fill your cup. That’s what I got from this trip.
