Stuff To Do With The Circle of Fourths | Some Technical Exercises

Most chord progressions (80%+) are based on the cycle of fourths. Each new key a fourth up from the previous adds one more flat to the key, until Gb. From Db/C#, however, if you continue in fourths, you will actually start going backwards round the cycle of 5ths, removing a sharp each time (from C#). You need to get used to fourths, that's my point, and this video will help you do that with various technical exercises.
