Lt. Reginald Barclay is definitely the most stressed member of the Starfleet. He struggles with social anxiety, holo-addiction or transporter phobia every day. No wonder that this man is under pressure all the time..
(I must admit that the choice of the song is not my idea. After watching "Star Trek - Barclay's Day" I just couldn't find any other song which would fit for Barclay so well.)
