If you have issued any Cheque against the payment of any amount or your cheque or cheque book has been lost or stolen. The person who is holding your cheque presents the said cheque for encashment and same is dishonoured/ bounced, he can get lodge an FIR against you and also can file a suit for recovery under order 37 of CPC.
While dealing with a Cheque, you must know about cheque, about registration of FIR, bail cancellation or decreeing of the suit for recovery under order 37 CPC.
