Hi Friends.. In today's video, we are going to make super tasty Masala Egg CHop Recipe. It is a famous Odisha street food and is a favourite for egg lovers. It is also known as Egg Chap/Anda Chap/Egg Chop and even Dimer Chap in Bengali. It is easy to make and tastes amazing.

The ingredients required for this recipe are:

3 boiled eggs
Coriander leaves for garnishing (optional)

To make potato masala:
2 medium size boiled potatoes
1 chopped onion
2 green chillies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp mustard oil

To make the batter:
2 cup gram flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black cumin/kalonji
A pinch of baking soda
water as required
