Dial at: 800 124 1222

On the App
• Go to the Al Rajhi mobile app on your iOS or Android phone.
• Click on your Profile Icon, and a drop-down menu will appear.
• Select the Cards option. A list of all your existing cards with the bank will appear.
• Find the card you wish to cancel and click on the three horizontal dots found on the far right side.
• A drop-down menu will appear. Select the “Card Closure and Replacement” option.
• Click on Card Closure and follow the instructions to cancel your credit card.

Cancel on Phone
• Call the Al Rajhi customer service line at 800 124 1222 (the number is in the description) to speak to an agent or the number on the back of your card.
• State your purpose for making the call - to cancel your credit card.
• Provide the agent with the necessary information to verify your account.
• Confirm your request to cancel your account and request a confirmation message to this effect for future records.
