When carbohydrates are not consumed properly, it leads to an increase in the sugar
the level which further leads to diseases called ‘diabetes’.

As we know, insulin is responsible for the penetration of glucose. On the other hand if insulin is not working properly then it results in diabetes.

Diabetes can be identified by the following signs:
1. Decreasing of weight
2. Feel thirsty
3. Feel hungry
4. Frequent Urination
5. Infection

We think all people who go through diabetes should have signs and symptoms. This is not an issue to think about. But we are wrong.

We should know, if diabetes happens between the age of 20-40 , then after 10 - 15 years, diabetes can be fatal to your body organs like the heart, lungs, eyes, etc.

So, if you want to live a healthy life and not be affected by some other disease, then you should decrease your sugar level.

We think 200-300 mg/dL sugar level is normal. But if this range increases then it leads to fatal organ failure.
Example: Kidneys help in removing sugar levels, but when the level of sugar rises more work is done by kidneys to remove the sugar level out of the body through urine, and the more chances of getting failure of kidneys.
Myelin or the sheath of nerves, retina, etc can be damaged permanently. It means we can not reverse this ourselves.

By doing this, we are affected by such types of disease in the early age of life which actually happen some years after.

So, don’t take diabetes easy, do not think that it is common at all, please take care of this and take proper guidance from a doctor.

The point is, diabetes is the 4th most common reason which leads to death globally.
So you should keep in mind that whenever you have diabetes, your blood sugar level rises. Then first go to the doctor and take treatment so that your blood sugar level decreases.
