It's a festive tradition to get a bit scared and that's what we're doing this week, as we look at the gruesome story of St Bees Man.

Archaeologists typically get excited when they find ancient dead bodies, so you can imagine what happened back in 1981 when an almost perfectly preserved Medieval knight was discovered in the grounds of the Priory Church in St Bees, on the Cumbrian coast.
