What products does it move?
It’s a pallet changer able to move many types of products. Please find below some examples of products able to handle: boxes, vials, containers, bowls, bottles, packages, big bags, big boxes, barrels, paper barrels, buckets, cans, reels, large cartons, paper rolls, plywood etc.
How does the pallet change operation take place?
The pallet replacement operation begins by the operator who proceeds through the machinery with the product positioned on the pallet. The product is placed against the platform that separates the pallet change station from the integrated pallet dispenser.
The product is separated from the pallet thanks to side pressers, which laterally block the product and allow the operator to exit with the pallet that is positioned on polyzene guides. The operator, to complete the pallet replacement operation goes through the pallet to be replaced. This operation is very simple taking just a few seconds
The pallet change operation ends with the release of the product into the new pallet. In fact, the operator lifts the forks of the trolley to allow the new pallet to reach the base of the product. When the product rests on the pallet, the operator, thanks to a pocket remote control, opens the side pressers to release the product. The pallet replacement operation ends with the extraction of the product with the new pallet under it.
At the same time, the replaced pallet was automatically stored in the pallet storage area, positioned behind the machine. If the pallet change operation is continuous, all the pallets that are replaced will be automatically stacked on top of them.

PALLET STACKER UNLOADING DESCRIPTION
Easy Changer allows to unload its pallet stacker in 2 different ways:
• Unload from forward (frontal)
• Unload from back (posterior)


FRONTAL UNLOADING OPERATION
The pallet stacker lowers until the pile reaches floor level. In the meantime, the separation shutter raises allowing the truck to enter till the pile of pallets. The operator can frontally extract the pile of pallets. Maximum pallet stacker capacity for frontal unloading operation is 10 pallets.

POSTERIOR UNLOADING OPERATION
The pallet stacker lowers until the pile reaches floor level. The operator can extract the pile of pallets from behind.
The separation shutter can remain in its initial working cycle position.
Maximum pallet stacker capacity for posterior unloading operation is 13 pallets (depending on the weight of the pallets and the technical characteristics of the machine).

Which products are suitable for this device?
This pallet changer is able to work with many products, boxes, vials, flasks, trays, bottles, packs, big bags, big boxes, barrels, paper barrels, buckets, cans, reels, large containers, paper rolls, plywood, battery etc.
What type of pallet it’s able to operate with?
It can operate with any pallet size, from standard to special ones. It is possible to use pallets of many materials (wood, plastic, aluminium, iron, etc.)
How does the pallet change take place?
The operation takes place by tilting the load at 120°.
How are the products loaded or unloaded from the pallet changer devices?
Thanks to the lateral pressure of the product.

How does it operate with fragile products?
Even the most fragile products are securely locked by the side pressers. The products are blocked with a slight pressure managed by a shock absorber system and limit-switches that prevent the products from being crushed.

What’s the difference between “mobile” and “stationary” pallet?
The mobile pallet changers are really versatile systems as they do not need to dedicate a specific area for the operation so can be performed in any production area. The stationary pallet changers partially compensate the use of the transpallet as it allows the transport of the loads inside the dispenser.
Our stationary pallet changer are used by customers who need to change a substantial number of pallets per hour and can’t have a dedicated area dedicated for the pallet change operation.
