Boy. Boy oh boy oh boy... this was always a rough ending for an episode. And we see it carry on way later on, but just right now, that's so hard to accept. All thanks to Clarion having to go all out with his distraction and spilt the adults and younger apart. Both Zatanna and Giovanni did everything they could to get each other back, and in the end, everyone got their loved ones back except those two. Fate is really hard to be okay with in this version for me. I know he's done the same with Kent in other versions, and I hate it there too. I think Smallville was one cade. But yeah, still one of my favorite episodes.
