The Oting incident had left a very lasting impact on individuals, community and the whole Naga society. While the "uniformed criminals" are being protected by the draconian laws (AFSPA) , there are many untold stories among the survivors/victim's family of this incident. Mr. Sheiwang konyak is one of those survivors whose elder brother had lost his life on the spot. He had somehow survived but with injuries and bullets inside his body. Years had gone but no financial assistance has been received for his treatment till date. He is crying out to all the viewers for help.
