Brewster is a small village in Stark County, Ohio. The village is fairly young as it was incorporated in 1910, but its beginning was only a few short years before. The village's major industries are Brewster Cheese, the largest swiss cheese producer in North America, Shearer Foods, an easily recognized snack food manufacturer, and the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway. The Wandle House - R&R Museum is an acronym for Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway constructed in 1916. This wonderful old building houses the Historical Society's Museum and The Station Restaurant.
