Ange Postecoglou spoke ahead of Tottenham's match against Brentford about how people are quick to judge his side based on results, not their performances.

TIMESTAMPS

00 - Intro.

02 - Injuries: Odobert out, Bissouma ok to play.

38 - Richarlison: Stop asking me about him.

01 - We’ve got to perform how we have been. Hopefully get some good rewards.

35 - Best schedule: This is our period until January. Good thing is we got game time into some guys on Wednesday.

25 - Player striking: I said last week it needs to be looked at. Biggest problem is a lack of recovery between seasons.

10 - Wednesdays win: Important. If you don’t win you don’t progress. We had to work hard and we showed tremendous spirit.

50 - Squad depth: Will be important, we had a lot of players that haven’t played a lot of minutes.

40 - Thomas Frank: Great challenge. Thomas has turned Brentford into a difficult team. That’s the premier league.

33 - Feel good factor: the challenge is always the same. Every week you have to be up for it.

28 - Hitting the level of last season: Our first four games we were as dominant as we were last season. Because you don’t win people look at the outcome.

21 - Solanke: He’s settled in really well, there’s more to come from him. He just needs to games under his belt. He’ll be a huge contributor.

02 - Division in fan base: Doesn’t seep into my environment. I’m not going to dictate fans moods.

55- Talk to players about social media: Id like to think players are well aware. Everyone’s got their own choices.

42 - Lots of changes: That’s a big part. When there’s significant changes it unsettles people. I’m here to do something that hasn’t been done in a while. You have to change things.

40 - False dawn last season: I don’t think it was, we deserved with the way we played.

21 - Bissouma: He trained fully but we’ll see. If he’s available he’s available.

55 - Long term change: They had a cake for me. I know I’m not going to be here forever but I’ll work like I will be.

56- Do you have social media?: I don’t. Years ago I used to be on Twitter. It was a great resource, it went down hill quickly.

48 - Solanke injury disruption: It hasn’t helped us, the plan was to have two robust strikers.

35 - Big money?: The guys played less than two games mate. Take a breath, do a bit of yoga and make an assessment.

44 - Overreaction?: It’s the way the world is. People would rather be first to make a judgement and be wrong.

23 - Ivan Toney: We looked at him.

17 - Calmness in Solanke?: He’s just played a couple games. He just wants to be in a good physical confusion.

00 - Less likely to see changes: Depends how it goes. We had guys that trained today that played the other night.

;44 - Graham Arnold leaving Australia: He had a great stint. Got them their best World Cup result. I’m sure he’s proud. Hopefully the next one can take them forward.
